Poets from 30 Countries, Four Continents Coming to the 15th Bucharest International Poetry Festival
On Monday, September 15, 2025, the 15th edition of the Bucharest International Poetry Festival (FIPB) — Romania’s most important poetry event and one of the most prominent in Eastern Europe — will begin in the capital. The event will conclude on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
This year’s edition brings together nearly two hundred poets from over 30 countries across four continents, offering audiences a rich multicultural experience: public readings, exhibitions, conferences, performances, and musical moments — all under the banner of poetry as a form of living memory and active presence in civic life.
